About us Spectra Gymnastics is a highly respected, neurodiversity-affirming clinic offering something truly different: high-quality behavioral services embedded within an inclusive, movement-based, child-centered environment. Our work blends clinical excellence with creativity, collaboration, and deep respect for neurodivergent children and their families. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide immediate support for our ABA program serving neurodivergent children . This role requires someone who can step in quickly to help maintain continuity of care and provide clinical oversight.
Responsibilities include:
Providing supervision and clinical oversight for active ABA clients Supporting and guiding behavior technicians and staff Working closely with mid-level team Reviewing and maintaining treatment plans Communicating with families and addressing client needs Assisting with stabilization and continuity of services We are open to flexible arrangements, including full time, part time, or contract support. Remote supervision may be considered depending on availability and experience. This role is ideal for someone who is able to step in quickly, work independently, and provide steady clinical leadership in a dynamic environment. Active BCBA certification is required. Pay & Benefits Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 (based on experience) 40 hours PTO in the first year Holiday Pay $300/month

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
