$87,000 Position Summary AWA is seeking a collaborative BCBA / Clinical Lead to oversee clinical services in our in-center ABA program. This role provides clinical leadership, supports Behavior Technicians, partners with families, and ensures individualized, assent-based, and data-driven care. Key Responsibilities Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment. Provide daily guidance, coaching, and clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians. Develop and oversee individualized, assent-based behavior plans. Conduct scheduled, on-site parent training sessions. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with professional standards. Promote ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Current BCBA certification and required Oregon licensure. Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, and ABA service delivery. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Commitment to client dignity, autonomy, and assent-based care.
