Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a dynamic classroom environment this fall. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity spans from September 8 to December 18, 2026, providing dedicated classroom support for a single site during a maternity leave. You'll collaborate closely with school professionals and receive supervision as determined by district protocols.
Key qualifications:
Active SPED certification/license in Oregon Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents requiring behavior support Professional, adaptable, and reliable with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to provide contact information for your three most recent supervisor references (required for consideration) Role responsibilities: Deliver direct behavior-analytic interventions to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) and teacher or supervisor guidance Work one-on-one and in small group settings to support positive behavioral change and learning outcomes Implement and document behavior plans, data collection, and progress monitoring Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and supervisors Aid with classroom management and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment Comply with all relevant ethical, legal, and professional standards This is an onsite-only position located near Woodburn, OR, with a consistent weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
