Bedford, PA Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bedford, PA. As a BCBA, you will be working with our talented team to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with a focus on making a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adapting programs to meet individual client needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and communication Provide ongoing training and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development Document client progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or on-track to obtain certification 1+ year of experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA setting Strong understanding of ABA principles, procedures, and best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
