Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification required Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric environment strongly preferred Thorough understanding of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and data-driven program development Compassionate communicator with strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Deep commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development Adaptability to handle fluctuating caseloads and referral volumes

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and create targeted intervention plans for students Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster inclusive learning environments Provide coaching and in-service training to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies Monitor, review, and adjust intervention programs to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards Enjoy a professional environment where your expertise is recognized and valued.
