ABA Consultant Job Type:

Full-Time Position Summary Passionate Thoughts Behavioral Counseling and Evaluation Services, LLC is seeking a qualified Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to provide ABA and IBHS services to children and adolescents with behavioral health and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will have strong behavior analytic skills, experience developing behavior support plans, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and treatment teams. Essential Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Functional Analyses (FAs). Develop and implement function-based behavior intervention plans. Analyze behavioral data and make treatment recommendations based on outcomes. Provide training and support to Behavioral Health Technicians and direct support staff. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and treatment team members. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation. Participate in treatment planning meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings. Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed. Ensure compliance with IBHS, ABA, and HIPAA requirements. Required Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) credential or other qualifying Pennsylvania professional license permitted under IBHS regulations. Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. All required clearances must be obtained and maintained. Preferred Qualifications BCBA certification preferred. Two or more years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or behavioral health diagnoses.
