Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits professionals passionate about supporting students through evidence-based behavioral therapy. Work within a dynamic educational environment providing expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. Engage in meaningful work where your specialized knowledge is highly valued, as schools often have ongoing and backlogged referrals requiring dedicated BCBA attention throughout the year.
What You'll Do:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior intervention programs. Provide on-site and virtual consultation, training, and ongoing support to instructional staff to promote best practices. Analyze and interpret behavioral data for progress monitoring and decision-making. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines. Contribute to a positive school culture that values inclusivity and student growth.
What We Seek:
Active BCBA certification and experience delivering services in a school setting. Thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and implementation. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families. Adept at managing caseloads and adapting to shifting referral priorities. Organized, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple tasks in a busy school environment. Flexibility to meet virtually or in-person as required.
