Qualifications/Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple referrals Effective communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate approach when working with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based behavioral analysis for students referred throughout the year Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support school staff and families with training and resources as needed
