Active RBT certification Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a 1:1 or behavioral support capacity Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection techniques Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and support staff Patience, adaptability, and a passion for encouraging students' progress

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized behavioral support to a designated student, ensuring their academic and social needs are met Implement ABA strategies and intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA or behavioral team Accurately record and track behavioral data to monitor progress and inform adjustments Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver a coordinated support approach within the school setting Maintain professionalism, discretion, and high ethical standards at all times This is a full-time position totaling 38.75 hours per week, perfect for those who thrive in dynamic educational environments and are committed to making a lasting impact.
