Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and communication development
  • Support clients in managing challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay current on best practices and protocols
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in behavioral health or related field preferred
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
