Onsite School-Based Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) - 1099 Contract ABO Behavioral Health LLC is a clinician-led behavioral health organization in Fort Washington, PA, providing high-quality school-based behavioral consultation, community services, and caregiver support. We partner directly with local school districts and educational teams to deliver effective, evidence-based behavioral services. Position Overview ABO Behavioral Health LLC is seeking experienced Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to join our network of independent contractors providing onsite school-based behavioral support throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties. This role is ideal for professionals with school-based experience and/or an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) background who are passionate about supporting students, collaborating with educators, and implementing practical behavioral strategies in school environments. Qualified candidates will be considered for upcoming school-based placements based on availability, preferred service area, and district needs. Responsibilities Provide on-site behavioral consultation and support within school settings. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and IEP teams. Conduct behavioral observations and complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Develop practical Behavior Support Plans (BSPs/PBSPs). Provide staff coaching and behavioral strategy training. Support data collection, progress monitoring, and intervention recommendations. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential. Master's degree in Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. School-based behavioral experience. ABA experience. Experience with FBAs, BSPs, IEP collaboration, and behavioral consultation preferred.

Act 34 Criminal Background Check Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training. Individual professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M limits).
