Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children or adolescents preferred Strong understanding of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable within dynamic settings Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 or group support to students in accordance with individualized education programs and behavioral intervention plans Implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and accurately record data on student behavior and responses to interventions Assist in the creation and modification of teaching materials and behavior support tools Foster a positive, supportive learning environment and promote skills for student success Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development as required
