This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with students and collaborating with a school-based team to support meaningful progress. Position Highlights Collaborate with educators, clinical professionals, and the student's support team Implement behavior support strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising clinician Collect and document data related to student progress Help promote positive engagement, independence, and participation throughout the school day Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Candidates who have completed the required 40-hour RBT training but have not yet obtained their certification will also be considered Previous experience working with behavioral needs, autism, or challenging behaviors preferred Experience with behavioral crisis intervention, restraint procedures, or related training is highly preferred Experience working with children or adolescents Ability to remain calm and professional when supporting students during challenging situations Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school-based team Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism Why Kelly Pediatric Therapy?
