Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis (ABA) while providing compassionate care and support. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to promote positive behaviors and skill development Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching communication, social, academic, and life skills in engaging ways Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to develop and update client-specific treatment goals aligned with their needs Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages learning, independence, and emotional well-being Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and motivate clients of varying ages and abilities Ability to collect detailed data accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records Compassionate approach to patient care that emphasizes patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement Embark on a rewarding career path where your efforts directly impact lives. $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
