9682901-17331 Job Description Make a real difference in students lives by supporting an inclusive learning environment as a Registered Behavior Technician in a high school autistic support classroom. This full-time contract role begins as soon as possible and centers on working with students who present mild behaviors. Youll receive thorough training to help you understand and deliver the supports each student needs, so recent RBT certification and a desire to work in education are both encouraged.

Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders preferred, especially in a school or youth setting Ability to effectively implement behavior intervention plans and data collection practices Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families Commitment to maintaining a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral interventions under guidance of a Behavior Analyst and classroom teacher Collect and record daily data on student progress and behaviors Support academic and social activities to promote engagement and learning Observe, model, and reinforce appropriate behaviors as identified in behavior plans Adapt strategies as needed to address students unique strengths and needs Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team meetings
