Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a difference supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BCaBA on a temporary, full-time basis. This contract opportunity spans approximately 90 to 100 days, beginning as soon as possible. Serving a local school community, you'll be a key member of the educational team, collaborating on individualized interventions that foster positive outcomes for students with autism.
Key Qualifications:
Active national certification as an RBT or BCaBA Proven experience working in school settings, preferably supporting students on the autism spectrum Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans within an educational environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Candidates must be local, as travel professionals are not eligible for this role
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions in classrooms and one-on-one settings Track and document student progress according to individualized plans Support teachers and staff in the implementation of behavior strategies Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians and participate in team meetings Adjust instructional approaches under professional guidance to meet evolving student needs Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards What to
