About the Role At SOS Langhorne, we are seeking a BCBA who is passionate about meaningful clinical work, values thoughtful growth, and wants to make a lasting impact on children and families. Why BCBAs Love Working at SOS Langhorne Thoughtful Schedules & Work-Life Balance Full-time, client-centered role with some evening/weekend Core clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00-1:00 PM Rotating coverage with schedules shared in advance Flex time to balance evening/weekend work Protected admin and documentation time to support clinical quality and sustainability You Focus on Clinical Excellence — We Handle the Rest No scheduling, HR tasks, or insurance follow-ups Caseload capped at approximately 12 full-time clients (up to 32 billable hours/week) Support from practicum students and interns Your focus: assessments, treatment planning, RBT supervision, caregiver training, and clinical oversight Supported, Not Micromanaged Clinical autonomy is respected Supported by an experienced Clinical Director Access to corporate clinical resources, ongoing training, and a Learning Management System (LMS) Supportive quality and compliance reviews designed for growth—not punishment Ethically Aligned Culture Founded and led by autism mom No non-compete or training payback agreements Full billing transparency—BCBAs review and approve all services billed Decisions are guided by what is right for the child and family Leadership & Growth Opportunities Opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and program development Potential pathways into Clinical Director or expanded leadership roles as the center grows Transfer opportunities within the SOS network if relocating Optional future opportunity to open or lead an SOS center What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs, including competency assessments Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community providers Analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programs as needed Maintain documentation in compliance with IBHS and BACB standards
Benefits & Compensation Salary:
$85,000-$105,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance bonuses annually
Paid Time Off:
25 days (15 PTO days + 10 paid holidays) annually Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Company-paid BLS/CPR and QBS Safety Care certification CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement 6-month performance reviews focused on growth and support Requirements BCBA certification & PA State LBS License 2 years of experience in the ABA field Must meet and maintain all background check, drug screening, and driving record requirements in accordance with policy. Founded by an autism parent, SOS Langhorne was created out of lived experience and a desire to build the kind of center families wish existed—one that truly understands their journey. Our mission is to provide compassionate, play-based ABA that meets children where they are and supports families as partners in care. We emphasize Natural Environment Teaching (NET), community integration, teen programming, and strong parent involvement. Transparency and trust matter to us—parents can even observe therapy live through our parent viewing room. While we are part of the larger SOS network, our center operates with local leadership, flexibility, and a strong commitment to staying aligned with our values as we grow.
