Contract / School-Based We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a student in a school setting in the Luzerne, PA area. This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with students and wants to make a meaningful impact in an educational environment. Must be flexible with caseload - likely to be middle or high school student.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a student throughout the school day Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA Support positive behaviors, communication, social skills, and classroom participation Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and clinical team members Help create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work collaboratively within a school team Strong communication, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed Must meet applicable Pennsylvania school and background-clearance requirements Why This Opportunity?
