Positive Strides
ABA, LLC
is seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults ages 2-21 in their homes and communities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), the RBT will implement treatment plans designed to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life. Seeking an RBT with afterschool/evening availability. (between 4pm-8pm, Monday- Friday). Duties Deliver ABA therapy directly to clients in-home or in the community as assigned Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs under
BCBA/LBS
supervision Collect accurate, real-time data during sessions using company-approved systems Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions and clinical meetings. Provide session notes, behavior data, and other required documentation in a timely manner Maintain professional and ethical conduct in accordance with BACB guidelines and Positive Strides ABA policies Communicate effectively and respectfully with families, supervisors, and team members Attend and participate in client team meetings as needed (virtual or in-person) Follow all HIPAA and privacy guidelines to ensure client confidentiality Assist in generalization of skills to natural environments as appropriate
Requirements:
o Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) o High school diploma or equivalent o Experience working with older age group of clients (13+) o Reliable transportation to client sessions o Experience with children with developmental or behavioral diagnoses o CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) o Strong communication and documentation skills o Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance
Preferred:
o At least 6 months of prior ABA experience o Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master's program in ABA or a related field
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
