Job Description
Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services at Matrix Center in Northampton, PA. Matrix was founded by parents of two children with special needs. Our sole focus is to provide high-quality services and take good care of our employees. Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Supervision of BACB candidates is provided free of charge to qualified staff. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments for center-based services. Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices. Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties: Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials. Provide clinical support to direct care staff. Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies. Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns. Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills BACB Certification in good standing. Behavior Specialist License is required. Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth. Master's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing. Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed. One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
