Desired Qualifications:
Active RBT or BCBA credentials with valid Pennsylvania licensure Previous experience supporting students within school settings, particularly those with autism Familiarity with individualized intervention plans and data collection Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, students, and families Ability to adapt interventions based on student needs and program goals National certification required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to students according to established plans Collect, document, and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers and other therapy providers Implement individualized education and behavior plans with fidelity Participate in ongoing training and meetings as needed Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards Meet all school-specific, district, and state requirements (such as PEL, para cert, or other credentials as requested)
