School Year Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, contract role involves working directly with students in a school-based setting to support the implementation of behavior intervention plans and promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior Assist in conducting skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervisors to support student success Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow behavior plans and work as part of a team
