Elementary School, 1:1 Support Job Description We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized behavioral support to an elementary school student. The ideal candidate has recent behavior management experience and a commitment to student success. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support and implement behavior intervention plans. Track student progress and collect behavioral data. Collaborate with teachers and special education staff. Requirements RBT endorsement required. Associate degree minimum. At least 2 years of recent behavior management experience required.
