Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles Proven ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively Adaptability to work with several students with diverse learning and behavioral needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:
