Take your passion for helping students thrive and make a difference as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a supportive educational setting. This contract position offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) for the entire 2026-2027 school year, working onsite with students across elementary, middle, or high school levels. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with students who have behavioral needs, focusing primarily on those requiring Autism and Emotional Support services. As a "floating" RBT, youll be instrumental in delivering targeted behavioral interventions, adapting approaches as you move between individual students and situations where your expertise is most needed.
Requirements:
Active RBT certification Ability to provide your own supervision for mandated hours Experience or strong interest in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Emotional Support needs Flexibility and an adaptable mindset for working across multiple grade levels Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to assigned students Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and support team members Implement and track behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and report data on student progress and behavior trends Respond to challenging behaviors with proactive, positive strategies Maintain professional standards in line with school policies
