Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) - ABA Services Taylor Behavioral Health Services (TBHS)

Pay:

$50.00-$55.00 per hour Taylor Behavioral Health Services is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our growing team. At TBHS, we understand that great clinicians also need great support. We are looking for someone who has a strong behavioral health background and an understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but we also recognize that clinicians may come to us with different levels of ABA experience. Training, clinical guidance, and ongoing support will be available to help you continue developing your ABA skills and confidence in the role. What You'll Do The LBS will work collaboratively with children, families, schools, BHT/RBT staff, and other members of the treatment team to: Conduct behavioral assessments and observations Develop and update individualized treatment plans Develop measurable behavioral and skill-acquisition goals Analyze behavioral data and monitor client progress Provide clinical direction and support to BHT/RBT staff Provide parent/caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals Make treatment recommendations based on client progress and clinical need Maintain documentation in accordance with agency and IBHS requirements What We're Looking For Candidates should have: Current professional licensure in Pennsylvania appropriate for the LBS/Behavior Consultant role Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, behavior analysis, special education, or a related field Strong background or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience working with children and adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs Knowledge of functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention, data collection, and treatment planning Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive clinical team Why Join TBHS? $50-$55 per hour We want clinicians to feel supported not simply handed a caseload and expected to figure everything out on their own.
