This full-time, contract opportunity, starting as soon as possible, calls for a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ready to foster growth and learning with both individual students and small groups. What experience and qualifications will set you up for success? Current RBT certification required Experience working with elementary-age children, preferably in a school or clinical setting Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorders and ABA techniques Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs In this role, you will: Provide direct behavioral support in autistic support classrooms Serve both one-on-one and small group (2-3 students) needs, delivering individualized interventions Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and accurately record data to document progress and inform ongoing strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet classroom and individual student goals Adapt strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and promote student independence This contract assignment offers the opportunity to develop valuable professional experience while making an impact in a close-knit school community.
