Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role working with K-8th grade students in an autistic support and emotional support classroom setting. This is a contract opportunity for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) serving in a vibrant community near Sharon Hill, PA. With a flexible weekly schedule of 35-40 hours, you'll start as soon as possible and make a meaningful difference through June 2027. Your primary focus will be fostering positive behavioral growth and supporting individualized plans under the guidance of certified behavior analysts. This role lets you engage deeply with students, helping them develop critical skills and confidence in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in K-8th educational settings (preferred) Prior work with autistic and/or emotionally supported students is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively Collaborative mindset—open to working alongside teachers, specialists, and families
Daily Responsibilities:
