Multiple contract positions are available starting in August in a district near Springfield, PA. Qualifications:

Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral, developmental, or learning differences in school settings Strong communication and collaboration abilities Adaptability in fast-paced or evolving classroom environments Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and data collection

Responsibilities:

Implement behavioral intervention plans tailored to students with complex learning needs Work under the guidance of BCBAs, teachers, and other professionals to deliver consistent support Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behavior Foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere alongside dedicated teachers and PCAs Support students individual goals, promoting greater independence and engagement Actively participate in team meetings and professional development to further program success
