Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexible Schedule | Caseload of Approximately 10-15 Individuals Emmaus Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral services for autistic adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on clinical assessments, Behavior Support Plan development, data-driven oversight, staff training, and collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams. The BCBA will manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 individuals and maintain a flexible schedule based on their clinical and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other clinically appropriate assessments Develop, implement, monitor, and update individualized Behavior Support Plans and Restrictive Behavior Support Plans Analyze behavioral data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify interventions as needed Monitor treatment fidelity and provide staff with clinical coaching, training, and corrective guidance Ensure behavioral interventions are evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centered, and least restrictive Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ODP, DHS, BACB, and agency requirements Present behavioral data, restrictive components, and clinical justifications to the Human Rights Committee as needed Collaborate with individuals, families, DSPs, Program Specialists, and interdisciplinary team members Support individuals in developing greater independence, community participation, safety, and quality of life Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field At least 1-2 years of experience providing ABA services, including functional assessments, treatment planning, behavior plan development, and data-driven decision-making Demonstrated experience supporting autistic adults with complex behavioral, communication, sensory, clinical, and daily living support needs Experience working with individuals with IDD in residential, community-based, or adult day-program settings Knowledge of positive behavior support, trauma-informed practices, restrictive procedures, least-restrictive interventions, and individual rights Strong clinical documentation, data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage an assigned caseload Schedule & Requirements Flexible schedule based on the needs of an assigned caseload of approximately 10-15 individuals Travel throughout Emmaus Home's four-county service area In-person observations, assessments, staff training, and plan monitoring at residential and community-based locations Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance Ability to respond promptly and appropriately to behavioral or emergency situations Compensation & Benefits Starting rate of $75-$78 per hour , commensurate with experience Mileage reimbursement in accordance with agency policy Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment Opportunities for continued professional development Why Join Emmaus Home?
