Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience in school or pediatric settings is strongly preferred Confidence in working with complex learning needs and diverse student populations Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills Ability to effectively follow behavioral intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct ABA services and implement individualized behavior intervention programs for multiple students, not just one-on-one assignments Collect data on student progress, behaviors, and interventions with accuracy and confidentiality Collaborate daily with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other classroom support staff to promote positive learning outcomes Support social and emotional development using evidence-based strategies Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in a dynamic, supportive classroom environment
