9668447-19382 Job Description Step into a dynamic educational environment supporting elementary students in autistic support classrooms. This full-time contract opportunity places you in an impactful role, starting as soon as possible, where youll utilize your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a real difference. Youll provide both individualized support and small group interventions, working directly with students who benefit from structured behavioral guidance and compassionate care.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum, especially in school settings Understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and data collection Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff Strong communication, patience, and adaptability when working with young learners Background check and relevant clearances as required by educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to elementary students in autistic support classrooms Implement individualized behavior support plans in alignment with students needs and IEP goals Collect data on student progress and actively participate in team meetings to discuss outcomes Work closely with lead teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to educational teams and, as appropriate, to families Encourage positive social interactions and skill development among students Experience a rewarding assignment where your expertise brings meaningful progress to students each day.
