We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative full-time BCBA who wants to provide high-quality ABA while being part of a supportive and growing clinical team. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Oversee skill acquisition and behavior support programs Analyze data and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications Supervise, train, and support BTs/RBTs Provide caregiver training and family support Collaborate with schools, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation Promote compassionate, ethical, learner-centered ABA What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Collaborative and family-centered approach Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA Experience with early learners preferred Why Mindful Connections?
