  • Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)POSITION SUMMARY Summit Autism Center, a small, privately owned clinic proudly serving the Roswell, GA community for 21 years , is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
The BCBA carries a client caseload and, in collaboration with our treatment team, designs and directs individualized ABA treatment plans. This role also involves supervision, mentorship, and training of RBTs and technicians in carrying out high-quality ABA programming. We are looking for Full-time and/or Part-time hours in our clinic and have Salary and/or hourly options.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans for clients in the clinic setting Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments, etc.) and write treatment/reassessment reports in compliance with insurance and Medicaid requirements Oversee the implementation of ABA programs and behavior intervention plans; make program adjustments based on client progress Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of RBTs/behavior technicians, including session feedback, training, and modeling as needed Conduct supervision hours in alignment with BACB standards Review session notes and data collected by RBTs to ensure accuracy and monitor progress Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions and facilitate team meetings to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other professionals (speech therapists, occupational therapists, school staff, etc.) to support optimal client outcomes Assist with the onboarding, training, and competency assessments of new RBTs and BCBA candidates Support implementation of crisis management and de-escalation strategies as needed Provide therapy for all clients and their families with compassion and empathy Participate in clinic operations such as program material organization and supporting daily center management Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and funding source requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Licensed (or license-eligible) Behavior Analyst in Georgia Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for working with individuals with autism and their families Prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred but not required
