Job description: Job Overview As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Your primary focus will be creating and prescribing program goals, running parent training, and training RBT's, Behavior Therapist's, and Behavior Analyst Trainees. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, track progress, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. Teamwork is required, as you will be working with Registered Behavior Therapists/ Lead Behavior Therapists/ Behavior Analyst Trainees as well as your patient's family. Hiring for multiple locations.
