Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy programs, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will drive meaningful progress, foster independence, and promote positive outcomes for clients across diverse settings. Duties Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults, ensuring engagement and adherence to therapeutic goals Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate families and staff on behavioral techniques, intervention strategies, and progress updates to support ongoing development Requirements Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Demonstrate experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy methods, and data collection techniques Ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions effectively Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations including families, educators, and healthcare professionals Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, or related field; master's degree preferred Join us in transforming lives through innovative behavioral health services!
