We're Hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Telehealth ABA services. Join our team at Behavioral Innovations and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. Must reside in Oklahoma and live at least 50 miles away from any of our center locations.

Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation:
$86,000
  • $95,500 annually based on experience.
Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc. Earn up to $18,000 annually for bonuses, paid quarterly. Qualifications Required:
Must travel at least 25% monthly
  • one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
Required:
Master or Doctorate Level Degree:
Behavior Analysis or related field
Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
Required:
Obtaining both
TX & OK LBA
state licensure, reimbursement provided

Required:
Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
