About Innovative ABA Therapy Innovative ABA Therapy is a growing, family-centered ABA practice providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout Northern Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants excellent compensation, a flexible hybrid schedule, manageable caseloads, and an opportunity to grow into clinical leadership. We are intentionally building a practice centered around clinical quality, mentorship, collaboration, and sustainable caseloads not high-volume care. Why BCBAs Join Our Team Total annual compensation of up to $185,000+ Base salary plus performance and leadership bonus opportunities Flexible hybrid schedule Complete treatment planning, documentation, supervision preparation, and other administrative responsibilities remotely In-person attendance primarily for assessments, clinically necessary supervision, and required staff development Manageable caseloads focused on quality of care Leadership opportunities from day one Help develop clinical programs and mentor RBTs and future BCBAs Health insurance and paid time off after the introductory period Administrative and credentialing support Clear advancement path into Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, or Regional Clinical Director positions BCBA Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment programs as needed Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training Conduct competency evaluations and performance feedback Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, therapists, and other providers Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, Virginia regulations, and insurance requirements Support clinical program development as the organization grows Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or ability to obtain one immediately Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians Strong assessment and treatment-plan development skills Excellent documentation, leadership, and communication skills Reliable transportation for required in-person services throughout Northern Virginia Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship Preferred Experience In-home ABA therapy Parent and caregiver training Staff mentorship and clinical leadership Developing or improving ABA treatment programs Working with commercial insurance or Virginia Medicaid requirements Apply Today If you are a BCBA looking for a flexible hybrid position with strong compensation, manageable caseloads, and genuine leadership potential, we would like to hear from you.
