Duties Develop and customize comprehensive behavior intervention plans based on thorough assessments of each client's unique needs Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to optimize outcomes Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of behaviors and inform treatment plans Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment modifications in compliance with ethical standards and regulations Educate families and team members on behavior management techniques and strategies to foster generalization across environments Requirements Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Demonstrate strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is highly preferred Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members Ability to analyze data accurately and make informed decisions based on behavioral observations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records and reports Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry best practices Join us in transforming lives through innovative behavioral solutions!
