Our position involves minimal travel for you, while also offering loads of flexibility! You will work in a variety of settings including clinic/office, daycares, schools, and homes! You will have the flexibility to complete administrative tasks remotely or in the office. You will support social skills groups for children with ADHD, Autism, and other related disorders that is rewarding and exciting! You will have the flexibility of choosing curriculums and interventions that are best for your patient, while enjoying the clinical support of a PhD level BCBA! Job Duties:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Provide behavioral therapy to children and adults with developmental disorders, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct assessments
• Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail for accurate data collection and analysis
• Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping
• Must be willing to travel to clients (reliable transportation required)
