Job Description

BCBA - $65-$80/hr | Flexible Schedule | Stafford County Comfort Kare Services is hiring a BCBA to join our growing team in Stafford County. We offer consistent caseloads, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment so you can focus on quality care. Flexible full-time and part-time options available

Role Overview:

The BCBA conducts behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS), develops individualized treatment plans, and supervises technicians to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and design ABA treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis Provide parent/caregiver training and support Oversee home programs and review session notes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

Active Virginia license (Department of Health Professions) Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field Experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, availability between 4PM-7
