Job Description

BCBA (Hybrid) | Empower Learning Inc. | Eagan, MN | $45 to $55 per hour About Us Empower Learning Inc. is an EIDBI and ABA provider serving children and families across the Twin Cities metro. Our mission is strengthening communities by beginning with one individual and family at a time. We are a growing, culturally responsive team committed to high quality clinical care, strong supervision, and a supportive workplace. You will join an agency with a dedicated compliance and policy management structure already in place, which means clear documentation standards, current DHS aligned policies, and support behind you rather than paperwork chaos on top of you. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a clinician who wants to lead, not just carry a caseload. If you have ideas about how programming, supervision, or the client experience could be better, we want to hear them and we want you at the table when decisions get made. This is a place where your voice shapes the practice. We value creativity in how you design programs, initiative in how you mentor staff, and the kind of collaborative thinking that makes a whole team sharper. Growth into clinical leadership here is a real path, not a vague promise. Our Clinical Approach We pair strong systems with real clinical creativity and autonomy. Our programming emphasizes naturalistic teaching in the environments where skills actually matter, with structured discrete trial instruction used purposefully when it is the right fit for the learner. We prioritize social emotional learning skills, communication, and independence, and we practice assent based intervention where the learner's participation, preferences, and comfort guide how we teach. Clinicians here are trusted to build programming that reflects the child in front of them. Our Team This is a practice where you get to enjoy the work. There is laughter in our hallways, genuine celebration when a kid hits a goal, and colleagues who show up for each other. Hard days come with this field, and when one lands on you, you will have a team ready to step in, think it through with you, and carry part of the weight. Nobody here is expected to hold a difficult case, a tough family conversation, or a rough incident alone. Position Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in a hybrid role. This position is full time and pays $45 to $55 per hour based on experience. Your onsite work is based at our Eagan center, 3 to 4 days per week, with 1 to 2 days per week remote for documentation, treatment planning, and virtual supervision. Caseload is 6 to 8 clients. Onsite days are worked alongside an in person supervisory team that includes other BCBAs, licensed clinical social workers, and licensed social workers, so you are never carrying a caseload in isolation.
