By partnering closely with families, we ensure treatment is not only clinically effective but also supportive and collaborative. The Treetop ABA continues to expand and is recognized for its high-quality service delivery across multiple regions, with both hybrid and in-clinic programming supported by strong clinical leadership and operational infrastructure. The Role We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position . This role blends meaningful in-home/community-based clinical work with remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards Requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification (required) State LBA license (required or in process) Experience developing and implementing ABA programs Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience with diverse client populations is a plus Benefits Why Join Treetop ABA?
