This role involves developing and implementing behavioral therapy programs tailored to Kids with autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children with Autism, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. Job Details:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs). Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians. Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress. Provide parent training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements. Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery. BCBA -
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. State licensure " Michigan". Experience working with kids with autism. Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods. Ability to pass background check and maintain professional liability insurance.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
