Provide one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and increase appropriate skills. Collect accurate data on client performance and behavior during each session. Follow treatment plans and behavior protocols as designed by the BCBA. Communicate client progress, concerns, and session updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers. Maintain a safe, positive, and professional therapeutic environment. Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies. Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and on time. Maintain RBT certification (if applicable) and complete required continuing education and competency assessments. Why Work at Key of Life Therapy?
