Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic team, committed to delivering exceptional behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Elevated Growth Behavioral Services is seeking a
BCBA/LBA
to lead clinical care and support our growing team. In this role, you will train and supervise new Behavior Technicians, provide ongoing feedback, and help staff implement treatment plans accurately and consistently. You will also oversee new clients from intake through assessment and the start of services, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and staff to ensure each client receives thoughtful, effective care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow with our organization and potentially serve in a Clinical Director leadership role as our client and clinical teams expand. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Collect, analyze, and document data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation of interventions Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate medical documentation Support clients through home-based behavioral therapy sessions, school consultations, and community outings as needed Requirements Valid certification as a BCBA or licensure as an LBA with relevant state credentials Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) in clinical or home settings Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy Proven ability to collect detailed data during sessions and utilize data-driven decision-making for treatment planning Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate, evidence-based care that transforms lives. $60.00 - $100.00 per hour
