Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients to establish comprehensive care plans Support clients through autism spectrum disorders (ASD) support services, including diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health interventions Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and manage medical records accurately across all client interactions Communicate effectively with clients' families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care delivery Conduct home-based behavioral therapy sessions and participate in school-based programs to promote skill development in natural environments Requirements Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential with current certification status Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention techniques Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management Ability to perform patient care activities with compassion and professionalism in diverse settings such as homes or schools Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle medical records accurately while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and documentation Embark on a rewarding career where your skills foster independence and confidence in those you serve.
