The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director and works closely with families, behavior technicians, clinical leaders, and operations team members. Why You'll Want to Join This Team $80,000-$90,000 base salary Quarterly bonus opportunities Additional incentive compensation $5,000-$10,000 in relocation assistance Manageable caseload of approximately 6-8 clients 30 billable hours per week Monday-Friday schedule Typical hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. No evenings or weekends One work-from-home day per week 28 days of paid time off annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee referral bonuses of up to $2,500 DoorDash and Calm subscriptions provided upon hire Dedicated Clinical Quality and Operations support teams Leadership development and advancement opportunities BCBA Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Develop individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Create and update treatment plans based on clinical needs, best practices, and payer requirements Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses Develop and maintain behavior intervention plans Supervise treatment implementation and monitor protocol fidelity Review clinical data and adjust treatment programs as needed Evaluate client progress and oversee transition and discharge planning Provide regular parent and caregiver training Offer clinical guidance and supervision to treatment team members Collaborate with families, clinicians, operations staff, and interdisciplinary partners Participate in team and departmental meetings Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow BACB ethical and professional standards Maintain required certification, licensure, and continuing education Required Qualifications Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or ability to obtain Texas licensure At least two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and time-management abilities Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, family-centered care Preferred Experience Conducting behavioral assessments Developing and managing ABA treatment plans Supervising treatment implementation Providing parent and caregiver training Working in a clinic-based ABA setting Client Population The clinic primarily serves children ages 2-13. BCBAs may also have opportunities to work with older clients based on clinical needs. The organization does not impose age-out restrictions.
