8:30am-5pm Monday - Thursday; 8:30am - 2pm Friday The Behavior Doc The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst owned and managed agency with doctorate level analysts on staff. We are provider-focused, believing that well-trained and supported providers are critical to establishing effective treatment and quality outcomes for our clients. We strive for transparency in our mission and are committed to professional development and growth of our staff at all levels. Position Overview This posting is for a full-time BCBA/BCaBA to serve as our agency's go-to for RBT supervision. Competitive applicants would have a minimum of 3 year's of supervision experience and have a natural inclination to teach and mentor others. The Supervision Coordinator will oversee all supervision activity and ensure compliance with the BACB and insurance funder standards. A non-exhaustive list of duties include the following: Monitor progress from BT to RBT and assist with transition Touch base with BCBAs to coordinate trainings and receive feedback on BT/RBT performance Ensure RBT is properly linked/active in the gateway Develop monthly tracking system to monitor RBT supervision percentages Provide strong mentorship to fieldwork students and monitor compliance with documentation Assist with formally developing fieldwork supervision program/package and performance feedback criteria The analyst selected will be scheduled to attend our clinic facility 4-days per week to start and will maintain a small caseload (approximately 6-8 clients). A base salary will be offered in addition to our extensive benefits package. Monthly bonuses are guaranteed, offering 1:1 compensation for every hour billed monthly over the set minimum requirement. Analysts are able to earn $30,000+ annually in bonuses for increased billable hours. How are we different? Job Qualifications Education:
Master's degree + approved BCBA course sequence
Credential:
BCBA certification through the BACB and LBA license through
VA Experience:
