Hybrid Qualifications and Skills:

2-3 years of BCBA Clinical Supervisory experience required Active California BCBA licensure Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff Experience in patient assessment, behavioral therapy, and data collection Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation, in accordance with clinical standards and best practices Supervise and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and development Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams Participate in team meetings, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care Why join Lumary Therapy?
